Meet the Team Behind the Mission
Marina Aslanyan
Marina Aslanyan leads Cadara’s strategy and growth, advancing the company’s mission to transform financial performance for post-acute care organizations through Revenue Lifecycle Management. She brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across enterprise software and healthcare technology, with a track record of accelerating growth, improving operational performance and delivering strong customer outcomes. Previously, Aslanyan served as CEO of SmartLinx, a workforce management technology provider serving skilled nursing, senior living and post-acute care organizations. She also served as President of Altitude Strategic Consulting and held leadership roles at Sparta Systems, Andersen Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers, EDS and Barr Laboratories. At Cadara, she is focused on long-term strategy, product innovation, customer success and commercial growth while advancing a more connected approach to post-acute revenue performance.
David Klein
David Klein founded National Care Systems, now Cadara, more than 30 years ago with a vision to simplify revenue management for skilled nursing organizations. His experience in the industry began in the financial operations of a skilled nursing facility, where he developed a firsthand understanding of the revenue and administrative challenges facing operators. Drawing on his background in accounting and computer science, Klein developed a technology solution initially designed to support the needs of a single nursing home, laying the foundation for National Care Systems and its continued growth in post-acute care. Over the decades, he helped shape the company around a deep understanding of post-acute revenue operations and a commitment to helping organizations improve financial performance. Today, Cadara continues to build on that foundation through technology, industry expertise and expert support. Klein is a graduate of Brooklyn College, where he majored in accounting and minored in computer science.
Ian Johnson
Ian Johnson oversees Cadara’s financial strategy and operations, aligning financial discipline with the company’s growth objectives and supporting continued investment in the people, technology and capabilities that deliver value to customers. He previously served as senior vice president of finance and the company’s senior finance executive at AssureCare, where he helped guide significant ARR growth, profitability expansion and multiple capital raises. Earlier in his career, Johnson held finance and accounting roles at Nucor, General Electric and The Castellini Group. He holds a BA in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and serves on the advisory board of Tracker Products.
Ed Scott
Ed Scott leads Cadara’s revenue organization, with responsibility for sales, business development, strategic partnerships and customer growth. He brings extensive experience in healthcare SaaS and services across the acute, post-acute and long-term care markets. Previously, Scott served as executive vice president and chief revenue officer at Nextech Systems and MatrixCare, where he helped expand annual revenue fivefold and position MatrixCare for its acquisition by ResMed. At Cadara, he is focused on accelerating growth, expanding market reach and helping more post-acute organizations achieve stronger, more predictable revenue performance. Scott holds an MBA and BS in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University.
Eugene Saksonov
Eugene Saksonov leads Cadara’s technology strategy and development organization, bringing more than 25 years of experience building and scaling technology platforms across healthcare and fintech. He previously served as chief technology officer of Alegeus Technologies, where he helped scale the company into a leading healthcare payments platform serving more than 20 million users and processing more than $26 billion in payments annually. Saksonov has also held CTO roles at Flores and Associates and Hurdle Health, with expertise spanning AI, cloud architecture, SaaS and highly regulated environments. He holds an MS in Mathematics from Kharkiv University.
Jeff Wilcox
Jeff Wilcox leads Cadara’s product strategy and management, translating customer needs and market opportunities into solutions that improve revenue performance. He previously spent nine years at PointClickCare, where he held leadership roles in clinical product and ultimately led product for AI, working at the intersection of healthcare operations, data, workflow and emerging technology. Wilcox brings deep expertise across healthcare SaaS, artificial intelligence, interoperability and post-acute care. At Cadara, he is focused on advancing a connected product roadmap that brings greater intelligence, automation and visibility across the revenue lifecycle. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).
Michael Orzechowski
Michael Orzechowski leads Cadara’s marketing strategy, including brand, market positioning, demand generation and go-to-market initiatives. He brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare technology and SaaS, with expertise in brand transformation, market strategy and demand generation. His experience includes marketing leadership roles at MatrixCare and other technology companies across diverse industries, where he has helped organizations strengthen their market position and drive growth. At Cadara, Orzechowski is focused on elevating the brand, expanding market awareness and accelerating growth across the post-acute market. He holds a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia and an AS in Mass Communications and Journalism from Becker College.
Gitty Klein
Gitty Klein leads Cadara’s customer success organization, with responsibility for helping customers maximize the value of Cadara’s technology through implementation, training, support and workflow guidance. She brings extensive experience in skilled nursing revenue operations, software implementation, customer service and billing and payment processes. Prior to joining National Care Systems, now Cadara, Klein worked in billing and collections for skilled nursing facilities, developing a strong understanding of the day-to-day revenue workflows and operational needs of post-acute organizations. During her tenure with the company, she has held responsibilities across customer support, system implementation, quality assurance, project management and software training. At Cadara, Klein is focused on strengthening customer relationships, supporting successful technology adoption and helping customers optimize the use of the platform across their revenue operations. She holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Excelsior University.
Yitzy Klein
Yitzy Klein leads Cadara’s business development efforts, with a focus on customer relationships, new business opportunities, implementations and strategic technology integrations. He brings extensive experience in skilled nursing operations and post-acute revenue workflows, having begun his career in the back-office operations of a skilled nursing organization supporting multiple facilities. Since joining National Care Systems, now Cadara, Klein has played an active role in the company’s growth from approximately 400 to more than 1,700 organizations served nationwide. His responsibilities have included supporting new and existing customers, guiding implementations, evaluating vendor integrations and monitoring evolving industry requirements. At Cadara, Klein is focused on expanding customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and connecting market needs with solutions that support continued growth and customer value.
